Process description

The colloid--chemical foundations are based on the original
from Bungenberg de Jong. In general, the microencapsulation procedure in the various systems can be presented using four heavily schematised steps:

1. Production of a polymer solution. emulsification or dispersion of the material to be encapsulated.	3. Covering of the material to be encapsulated with wall material.
2. Detachment of the phase and eventual addition of further phases.	4. Stabilisation of the wall, filtration and subsequent drying.
